Your primary care doctor and the Doctor On Demand by Included Health care team are online to help you, and video visits with mental health professionals are also covered. You can also choose to do some basic labs from the comfort of your home.

You can see a primary care doctor online through Doctor On Demand by Included Health for things like check-ups, diet and nutrition, and emotional and mental health.
Your online doctor gets to know you, so they can be sure you’re getting the right treatment plan. They can also write prescriptions and order labs and screenings. And beyond family medicine, they can also help with specialty care.
If you’re managing a chronic condition—such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or asthma—in certain states you’ll have access to a dedicated team focused on making sure you get and stay healthy. It’s all online, and virtual visits are at no cost to you with most medical plans.
Primary care made easyIf you’d like a convenient, affordable way to get primary care, we’ve made it much easier and less expensive for you to connect with a doctor. This optional service lets you video chat with your own dedicated doctor anytime, anywhere. Your virtual primary care doctor can treat many conditions through video-chat and can write prescriptions and order lab tests—all while getting to know you and your health.
Keep in mind that you can still see a primary care doctor in person.
Managing an ongoing conditionIf you’re living with a serious, chronic condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, or asthma, your virtual primary care doctor can connect you with Doctor On Demand by Included Health’s in-house Care Team. This includes doctors, nurses, and nutritional and diabetic health counselors, plus access to other kinds of specialists and helpful resources. This coordinated, long-term approach can help you manage your illness.
These services are available to associates nationwide (except Hawaii) and additional information may be found on in the Associate Benefits Book, or by contacting your administrator about care management services via the number on the back of your plan ID card.
Who’s eligible?This program is available to all associates and their families who are enrolled in the Premier, Contribution, Saver, or a Local Plan. There’s no additional cost to you or your covered family members.
